We've been discussing some exciting new changes for I.D.O. while on our retreat and the first confirmed change involves our new shipping policy:

As of July 1, 2009:
1) All domestic shipments to the contiguous US states will now ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) at no additional increase of our current shipping rates.
2) Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada will ship via UPS. Shipping rates to these areas will vary depending on location.
3) We unfortunately will no longer be shipping overseas. This was a tough decision to make but due to the high costs and inconsistency of overseas shipping, we feel it to be necessary.
