That's right lovely readers... it's company retreat time! We're off for a week of rejuvenation and relaxation and lots of planning! What's on the agenda you ask? We'll fill you in on all the details when we return but here's a hint... the main topic for the week is expansion! Super excited for what lies ahead and can't wait to share it with you! We will be doing lots of work from the beach so we're not technically "closed" we're just "out of the studio!" Here's how our time away might affect you:
For new orders: Please feel free to place orders while we are away with the understanding that it may take a little longer than usual to receive your invoice. We are accepting orders for October 1st weddings and beyond with no additional rush fees. For weddings prior to October 1st, please contact us upon our return and we'll check our availability at that time. Unfortunately we cannot accept any more rush orders for July or August weddings.
For orders scheduled to ship during our close time: not to worry, we have planned ahead and all orders originally scheduled to ship during this time (according to your original paypal invoice) will ship prior to our departure! This close time will not lengthen any turnaround times for orders scheduled to ship after our return. We've got you covered!
For monogram & logo orders: We will still be completing monogram orders while on our retreat within the normal turnaround time of 20 business days from receipt of payment.
We will be responding to all e-mail inquiries upon our return when we resume normal studio hours (9am-5pm EST Mon-Fri) beginning Monday 7/13. Thanks so much to everyone for your patience and understanding while we're away! Hope everyone had a fantastic 4th of July!
