December 2008 Featured Couple: Michelle + Michael

Our final Featured Couple of 2008, Michelle & Michael, were married in Montego Bay, Jamaica in June. We created a custom monogram aisle runner for them using monogram 5C from our standard monograms and we just love doing runners with this design! In an e-mail to us after their wedding Michelle wrote, " Our wedding was really a dream come true. The day we got married was so windy that no matter what was used the aisle runner would not stay down. But because we had traveled so far with the runner and it was so beautifully made just for us, I insisted on walking down the aisle on it no matter what. So my wedding coordinator had all the kids that were there stand on it as I came down the aisle. It was truly fantastic and everyone thought we planned it like that."

What a fabulous idea and kudos to a quick thinking coordinator. We are so glad we were able to create this gorgeous runner for such a beautiful couple and we're glad that they were able to use the runner despite the windy conditions!
