While away, we will have very limited internet access (if any), but please feel free to continue placing orders with the knowledge that invoices will be sent upon our return. We had so much fun creating the logos for Danielle and her hubby's home bar "Moderation". She wanted the logos to focus on the name and to show off a tipsy, fun, bar vibe. Love the way they turned out! Thanks Danielle and have fun drinking in "Moderation"!!!

We've already mentioned this previously, but we will be closed April 30th-May 10th for travel. The next few days are going to be quite hectic as we prepare for departure so we wanted to provide a heads up! We will have very limited internet access (if any) while overseas so we politely ask current & future clients to refrain from e-mailing us while we're away as we will not be able to respond to inquiries during this time. Instead, we have provided some basic information about how our close time will effect you:

For new orders: Please feel free to place orders while we are away with the understanding that invoices will be sent upon our return. We are accepting orders for July 25th weddings and beyond with no additional rush fees. For weddings prior to July 25th, please contact us upon our return and we'll check our availability at that time. Unfortunately we cannot accept any more rush orders for May or June weddings.

For orders scheduled to ship during our close time: not to worry, we have planned ahead and all orders originally scheduled to ship during this time (according to your original paypal invoice) will ship prior to our departure! This close time will not lengthen any turnaround times for orders scheduled to ship after our return. We've got you covered! We've also shipped out all orders for weddings up to May 16th. If you placed an order for the weekend of May 23rd your order will ship out as soon as we return and we'll be sending it via priority mail 2-3 day shipping... so again, no worries!

For monogram & logo orders: We have had our close notice on the main monogram page of our website since April 1st as unfortunately monogram & logo turnaround times will be effected as these dates (April 30th- May10th) are non-business days. We also provided additional notice on all paypal invoices for monogram/logo orders to alert you of this additional lead time prior to making your payment. Monogram & logo orders placed after April 2nd will be effected but we will work as fast as possible upon our return to get these out to you quickly!

For readers of our blog: We're not leaving you hangin'! We have some great scheduled posts planned full of yummy eye candy... AND if possible, we'll be popping in to say hello and share our adventures!

Happy Earth Day! At the I.D.O. Studio we try to do as much as we can to do a small part in saving our Earth. We know that the little things can make a difference. So how do we do our part? Lots of ways. As one example, we get tons (and we mean TONS) of packages delivered to us each week and instead of discarding all those boxes... we reuse them whenever possible. What are you doing to help save the Earth? Is anyone incorporating green elements into their wedding?

We're giving kudos to our embroidery department and showing off some more of their fabulous creations... here are some of their most recent ring pouches and traditional dress tags they've finished... super cute!

Congratulations to our embroidery department who recently SOLD OUT all of their cosmetic bags! Our embroidery department does such an incredible job... just take a look at all of these beautiful orders! Hopefully these bags will be coming back soon, but they have lots of other great gifts and special personalized details & accessories so be sure to check them out!

Your not seeing double... the lucky couple Addie & Kirk ordered two of these beautiful banners and two matching table runners! All feature monogram 9C and are bordered with our beautiful black satin ribbon edging. To top it off they also ordered a matching monogram candle... we can't wait to see pictures from this wedding!!! Monika of Monika Lee Photography wanted a fun, chic, simple logo that incorporated a fleur de lis. She had a very specific design in mind and we think we made that come to life! Thanks Monika and best wishes!

We received the sweetest e-mail from Kelly who was married to Darnell in November 2008 in Bridgetown, New Jersey. Kelly provided us with the beautiful images above by Ryan H. Morey of the custom monogram aisle runner we created using monogram 18B. In her e-mail she wrote:

Tope of Vintage Ivy Events wanted her logos to be unique, fresh, and haute. She picked out several of the monograms & logos we had already created to exemplify her style, which provided us with tons of inspiration. Vintage Ivy events is full service events management company located in the DMV area (DC, Maryland, & Virginia) so if you're located in that area definitely check out Tope's site!

Couple Amanda & Ty ordered a custom table runner w/ monogram 35C, and 2 (yes 2!) matching custom aisle runners with monogram 13D. They also ordered a personalized memory candle and a unity candle (which will be featuring soon!) This wedding's going to be amazing and we can't wait to see pictures after the big day in June!

Congratulations to our April Featured Couple Jessica & Ben who were married in September '08 in Topsfield, MA. Words cannot even begin to express how much we adore these photos from Jessica & Ben's wedding! They also used monogram 5C which we created for them on their matches for their cigar bar (yes they had a cigar bar, so cool!)
